1. Our client required a team of heavy duty fitters with extensive large CAT mining truck experience. Our objective was to assist with the improvement of the truck fleet availability from 72% to 92% over a six month period. CYBEM provided the team and supported the client for a subsequent 12 months, successfully completing the project.

2. Labour services and work order management of the Komatsu Dump Truck fleet rebuild program for a leading WA based Mining Contractor was provided successfully over a two year period.

3. Eight years continuous service with labour support for an Australian based OEM equipment rebuild program.

4. Project management and labour services for a large mining equipment mobilisation project and the delivery of a large mining truck fleet.

5. Labour services and work order management of light vehicle repairs and servicing for a global mining company.

6. Our client requested we provide three Boilermakers with extensive large bucket repair experience to successfully raise the quality and improve the delivery time of a shovel bucket rebuild program over a six month period. The objective was completed successfully with a subsequent six months continued on-site support

7. Installation of an on-site power generation station for an underground mine site and subsequent  repairs and servicing for two years.
